What You’ll Do

  • Design and prepare plans for civil engineering projects, including roadways, site development, drainage systems, and utilities.
  • Perform grading, stormwater management, and erosion control designs in accordance with local and state codes.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government agencies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct site visits and assist with project inspections and quality assurance.
  • Prepare engineering reports, calculations, and permit applications.
  • Work closely with a seasoned team of engineers and technicians to deliver impactful results on-time and within budget.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • 2–6 years of experience in civil/site engineering or municipal projects.
  • EIT certification required; PE licensure (or on the path to PE) strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
  • Strong understanding of Florida regulatory standards, permitting, and land development processes.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to work in a collaborative, community-focused environment.
