What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintain and service precision HVAC systems in a mission-critical data center environment.
  • Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on specialized cooling equipment.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Work closely with international support teams to implement best practices and tech updates.
  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for on-site client interaction and service documentation.
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and internal quality standards.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC servicing, ideally in a commercial, industrial, or data center setting.
  • EPA Universal Certification (or equivalent required).
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration systems, controls, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable with digital tools for reporting and remote diagnostics.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for technical excellence.
