What You’ll Do

  • Represent clients in civil litigation, family court proceedings, and criminal defense matters.
  • Conduct client consultations, legal research, discovery, negotiations, and litigation prep.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, agreements, and legal memoranda with precision and clarity.
  • Appear in court for hearings, trials, and conferences across a variety of jurisdictions.
  • Work closely with clients, keeping them informed and supported throughout their legal journey.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys on strategy and case management when needed.

What You’ll Bring

  • JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in New Jersey.
  • 2–5 years of experience in civil litigation, family law, and/or criminal defense.
  • Courtroom-ready with strong litigation, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Excellent written communication, legal drafting, and research abilities.
  • A proactive, professional demeanor and strong sense of client service.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases independently while contributing to team efforts.
