Project Engineering – Civil Land Development Jobs in Mesa Arizona Full Time

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the planning, design, and execution of diverse land development projects
  • Assist Project Managers in coordinating tasks, timelines, resources, and budgets
  • Create and review technical designs, site plans, grading, drainage, and utility layouts using Civil 3D
  • Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all local and state regulations
  • Participate in project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control
  • Conduct on-site inspections to ensure construction quality aligns with project goals
  • Be mentored and potentially trained for client-facing responsibilities—if you’ve got the personality for it, this is a path to leadership

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience (6+ preferred) in civil/site development projects
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite
  • P.E. license or ability to obtain within 12 months
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive problem-solver, and a team player
  • Eager to grow into a larger leadership or client-facing role over time
